Every box is bar-coded, assuring accurate tracking and monitoring of every item in the vault. Security is additionally improved by using the “rule of anonymity” of stored documents.

Our server has two parallel hard disks in order to preserve all information in the database in case of the failure of one disk.

We also make regular back-ups on the tapes.

In case of power supply failure our system has UPS power supply as an alternative.
